Once you have saved a draft of your bank reconciliation you can recall and complete it at any time.
The following information is recalled:
The Closing balance and Uncleared balance are recalculated.
Open: Cash Book > Period End Routines > Bank Reconciliation.
The Select Draft Bank Reconciliation window appears.
Select Recall, Delete or Start New, as required.

The saved bank reconciliation details appear in the Bank reconciliation window. Complete the bank reconciliation in the usual way. |

Select this to delete a draft bank reconciliation. Once deleted:

Start New |
Select this to start a new bank reconciliation. Complete the reconciliation in the usual way. Note: The new bank reconciliation does not include transactions that have been saved on a previous draft reconciliation. These saved transactions appear on the new reconciliation with a Reconciled Status of Draft. You must delete the draft reconciliation to include these transactions in the new reconciliation, or return a bank transaction to its original value in the draft reconciliation. |
